Returns & Exchanges

At Weezie, we want you to love your towels as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges on all non-customized, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unwashed, unused towels in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
